Missing Thumbnail of exam after update?
Summary
If you are missing a thumbnail image on an exam that you have performed previously and notice this after an app update, quite likley it is only indicating you only need to go in and add the updated newer digitization points, most times it was Q-Angle.
This is very fast and easy.
