Backup Notice for Non-Support Clients:
If you plan to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 without assistance from our support team for the PostureRay assistance, it is essential that your IT professional manually backs up your PostureRay data beforehand. Please follow the backup instructions outlined in our documentation prior to initiating any system upgrades: https://www.postureanalysis.com/knowledge-base/postureray-backup-steps/
We strongly recommend enrolling in a PostureRay Technical Support Plan before performing any system upgrades which will allow our team to perform an offline backup of your critical patient data on our secure cloud servers. While on a support plan, our team will not only assist with your PostureRay migration to the latest version but will also maintain a secure online backup of your PostureRay database during your active coverage.

🔐 Legacy PostureRay Versions Will Stop Working – SSL Changes Coming
Starting March 15, 2026, older versions of PostureRay will no longer be able to validate licenses due to industry-wide SSL certificate changes. These versions were coded under older standards and will cease to function unless updated.
IMPORTANT: If your version is listed below, a software upgrade is required. Please treat this notice with urgency—failure to upgrade may result in your current PostureRay software becoming permanently incompatible and nonfunctional.
- V24d42 or earlier
- V25d50 or earlier
- V26a44 or earlier
To view the PostureRay version number, launch the software. The version information is displayed on the bottom left of the initial startup screen, before you log in.
Why this is happening:
SSL standards are changing to improve security, including shorter certificate lifespans. Older versions of PostureRay are incompatible with these new standards.
