Unstable Network Error
Many times, doctors choose to network their own systems, then blame PostureRay when they can not connect to the server. The error you may see will be as follows:
This following video will discuss how to resolve this error. This is a Windows Networking error and NOT a PostureRay error. We will show you why in this video. If your error persists, please have your IT person contact us, and we will discuss how they can resolve this networking issue.
(These screenshots and tutorial are from an older version of PostureRay, but the concept is exactly the same. BUT PLEASE BE SURE to browse to the networked SERVER database, NOT back to the local directory of the workstation!)
