How to Set Up PostureScreen to Send Notes and Assessments to ClinicMind

1. Get the correct ClinicMind integration key

• Obtain your ClinicMind key before starting.
• Important: if you also use PostureRay, its key is different from the PostureScreen key.
• If you have multiple providers or logins, each may need its own additional key.
• If you are unsure, contact ClinicMind support to confirm the correct key setup.

2. Open PostureScreen integration settings

• In PostureScreen, open the menu.
• Go to Settings.
• Navigate to Web Exercise and EHR Integration.
• Click EHR Connections.
• Select Add EHR connector.

3. Connect PostureScreen to ClinicMind

• Choose ClinicMind / Genesis from the connector list.
• Paste or type in the ClinicMind key.
• Turn the toggle switch ON to activate the connection.

4. Verify provider information in PostureScreen

• Go back into Settings.
• Open Clinic and Office Information.
• Make sure each provider has the required provider ID entered.
• This ID must match the provider identifier used in the ClinicMind system.
• If you do not have the provider ID, get it from ClinicMind before continuing.
• Refer to the attached PDF instructions if you need step-by-step help.

5. Add the patient’s ClinicMind VRC number

• Open the patient record in PostureScreen.
• You only need to enter this once per patient.
• Copy the patient’s VRC number from ClinicMind.
• Edit the patient record and enter the VRC number in the correct field.
• Make sure the VRC number is:
  • Capitalized
  • Unique
  • Entered exactly as required
• If the VRC number is missing or formatted incorrectly, the integration will not work.

6. Send a PostureScreen assessment to ClinicMind

• Open the completed assessment in PostureScreen.
• Click Send.
• If needed, choose to send a combined report.
• In the destination dropdown, select EHR system.
• Choose the correct provider.
• PostureScreen will push the images and PDF report into ClinicMind.

7. Send notes and supporting documents

• After proofreading your note, click Sign and Finalize.
• Select the correct provider before signing.
• Once signed, the note is pushed to ClinicMind in real time.
• You can also send additional items such as:
  • Patient summary
  • Park Hue report
  • Clinical assistant / diagnosis codes
• Make sure the note is complete before finalizing.

8. Confirm the data arrived in ClinicMind

• Open ClinicMind and search for the patient.
• Verify that the notes have appeared in the chart.
• Check the SOAP note and any other documents sent.
• Open the images section to confirm the assessment images are there.
• Open the report to confirm the PDF was received.

9. Get help if needed

• The integration is designed to be straightforward once the setup is complete.
