How to Send Diagnostic Email to technical support team
Many times we will require additional technical information about your application installation and your device. The following tutorials outline how to send a “diagnostic email” to our technical support team.
Please make sure to include a description in this outgoing email of your issue as likely the email that is sending this email is not the same one that you used to initially contact us. The emails wont thus be linked in our support system. So please explain your issue again even if you have sent in a prior email.
