Refresh Email – email not working
When email seems to not be working, it is not a PostureScreen issue, rather, it is an Apple Email client issue.
First make sure you are using the stock Apple mail app and trying to email out using the correct methods: https://www.postureanalysis.com/knowledge-base/how-to-send-emails-from-posturescreen-leanscreen-or-squatscreen/
Next, if your account you believe is set up correctly, simply open up the Apple mail app. You might find that email was waiting in your “outbox” and the Apple mail app (remember not a 3rd party email client app) may simply be ‘sleeping’ and paused. So periodically each day open the mail app.
