This tutorial explains how to set up a custom EHR (Electronic Health Record) connection in PostureScreen to automatically send PDF reports and images to another software system.
Key Steps:
- Navigate to Settings
Go to:Settings → Web Exercise and EHR Connectors → EHR Connections → EHR Connector
- Choose EHR Type
- If your system is not listed, choose Internet System.
- You may use a vendor key if required.
- Name your EHR connection (e.g., “Test EHR”).
- Enter the URL or local network address of the destination system.
- Send Data to EHR
- Open a case in PostureScreen.
- Tap Send, then choose EHR System from the sharing options.
- This pushes both the PDF document and images to the specified address (e.g., cloud-based EHR or local software).
- Customize Share Options
- On iOS, you can customize the order and visibility of share actions if “EHR System” isn’t immediately visible.
- Use Client EHR ID
- You can assign a unique EHR Client ID in each client’s profile to help route documents properly within your system.
