Augmented Reality Supported Devices

You must use an Apple device that supports “Augmented Reality 3 Motion Tracking” which currently is ONLY the following:

• iPhone XS
• iPhone XS Max
• iPhone XR
• iPhone 11
• iPhone 11 Pro
• iPhone 11 Pro Max
• iPhone SE (2021)
• iPhone 12, 12 Pro, 12 Pro Max
• iPhone 13, 13 Pro, 13 Pro Max
• 2019 iPad Mini 5
• 2019 iPad Air 3 or 2020 iPad Air 4
• iPad Pro (3rd , 4th, 5th Generation)
• 2020 iPad 8th generation

Note: iPad (7th generation) does NOT support this functionality.

Augmented Reality 3 Motion Tracking requires a the A12/A12X/A13/A14 Bionic CPU chips or Newer Chips such as in Brand new 2021 iPad Pro

Additionally, your device will need to be using the latest Apple operating system version iOS15 or later. If you do not know what device you have you can search the Apple and your device to see if yours is a model supported.
