Please make sure at the time scheduled that an employee is available in order to get the technician remotely connected to the computers where PostureRay is installed. If this is a multiple computer PostureRay installation, the technician will also need administrative passwords for your server as well. Please have all windows admin passwords ready as the technician will need these in order to perform software installation
Please note in order to have any technical support for PostureRay, your office must be under an active technical support maintenance agreement to avoid time of service support fees.
If this is a new installation, a technical support representative will call your office at the scheduled time.
