An SQL DB is on one computer with no backup and SQL Server uninstalled. To move to another computer.
1. Install SQL Server
2. CreateDB.exe
3. execute PrayDrop
4. execute PRayAttach
5. execute PRorphan
6. unflag net license
7. activate net license pointing to the new db location.
8. reset all workstations
